Mina Fitzpatrick, Director/Editor, Co-Producer
Mina Fitzpatrick is a director and editor of independent nonfiction film and media with a background in global health. After completing her BA at Rice University she was awarded the Fulbright Fellowship in South Korea. In 2013 she raised funds for this film through kickstarter, and was subsequently awarded Kartemquin’s Diverse Voices in Documentary Fellowship. She has also worked as an assistant editor for Steve James’ 2016 film Abacus, and with the Kindling Group and Siskel Jacobs on No Small Matter. She completed her Master’s in Documentary Media at Northwestern University. Her short film Run of Press has screened across the country through the Chicagoland Shorts program, and was a finalist for the 2016 American Society of Cinematography Student Documentary Award.

Tom Krawczyk, Director of Photography
Tom Krawczyk is a Chicago-based photographer and filmmaker. He lived in South Korea for 2 years, teaching students and working on documentaries. His photographs have been painted as murals in the bustling neighborhood of Hongdae, South Korea and displayed as billboards in Hong Kong. His photos also landed on the cover of Bling, a Korean indie rock, underground hip-hop, club culture, and fashion magazine. He lived in India for 2 months, working as a photographer guide for Rustic Pathways, an adventure program for students from around the world. With Food Network Star Addie Gundry, Tom photographed Family Favorite Casserole Recipes - 103 Comforting Breakfast Casseroles, Dinner Ideas, and Desserts Everyone Will Love. Emily Strong is Chicago-based creative producer committed to producing authentic and inspiring stories from diverse perspectives that stimulate conversation, connectivity, and express humanity in an artful way. She is also the producer on Keep Moving Forward, a documentary about a Vietnam veteran who finds peace from his PTSD through all things Disney; served as the multimedia producer on The School Project; and former Operations Manager and Outreach & Distribution Coordinator for Radical Grace at Kindling Group. She currently serves as Programs and Engagement Manager at Kartemquin Films where she supports over 40 emerging filmmakers each year.

Jina An, Composer
Hyojin “Jina” An is a South Korean composer for film and visual media currently based in Los Angeles. She recently completed her studies at Berklee College of Music, where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Music degree in Film Scoring and Professional Music (Concentrating in Viola Performance and Production). During her studies at Berklee College of Music, the Berklee Film scoring faculty recognized her original voice and sincerity in her music. In March 2016 she was awarded the Georges Delerue Award, awarded to the top student of the department, for recognition of her outstanding music and a promising future as a film composer. After graduation, she was hired by composer, Ruth Mendelson as her assistant for the upcoming documentary “Mongolian Chronicles” (2017) and Dr. Jane Goodall's audio version of her classic, “My Life with the Chimpanzees” (2017).
